Our Company;
SPS International was formed in 2003 to create a company that could offer pure head hunting services to positions both in the Board room and below. Traditionally this form of recruitment wasn’t an offering for middle management positions.
SPS International Ltd is a truly global head hunter. To date we have worked throughout the UK and Europe, Scandinavia, West and North Africa, Russia and Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific, Shanghai, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and the Americas. We have placed people in positions ranging from Senior Vice President , Finance directors and managers, Sales directors and managers, Operations and Manufacturing directors, R+D Directors and Leaders, many specialist technical positions and many other positions all ranging from £40k through to £500k salaries.
We specialise in our process for sourcing candidates, we only headhunt. This is really a mixture of intensive research, utilisation of extensive networks, and targeted direct approach.
SPS International Ltd focuses on industries globally, there is no-where we won’t work. Predominantly we work within the Oil and Gas and Chemical based industries, tax and finance, retail, etc Our job is to build large contact networks and quickly. We are the top head hunting firm in some areas of industry.
After a good first 6 years we are taking the step to expand further.
The business is a client led environment, we work on a retained basis and focus on mandated assignments for our clients. We have a good brand and a growing reputation. Our website and marketing give a good foundation. Our success rate is barely rivalled we fill over 90% of the assignments we take on.
Opportunity
We are looking for sales people who can help us to grow our business. Working from our offices at Southampton Airport you will be expected to manage an industry or industries, from a global perspective, both on the phone and in face to face meetings.
The role requires someone who can sell SPS International services to clients on a multinational scale, you will need to be flexible in your approach as you will be dealing with many different nationalities and different levels of individual.
The right person will have experience of high volume sales activity resulting in high value turnover. We are looking for people with proven B2B sales experience, you could be from a recruitment background – but this isn’t essential. You may already have good contact networks that could work to your advantage.
