Search Solutions

SPS International understands the pressure companies are under to find the leaders needed to make a real difference. We have a rigorous search approach to find and attract these game changing executives.

Here at SPS International, we have an experienced team of Executive Search Consultants that have the knowledge and network to help your organisation. Our consultants have successful completed assignments across the entire Senior Management, Leadership and Board Level including CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, VP’s and Regional Directors. 

Our Premium Search Solution follows 6 steps and helps find the perfect match for your team. 

Recruitment Phase

  • We proactively approach and sell your opportunity to every potential candidate - usually between 100-150 people. 

  • All potential candidates are take through our extensive interview process to ensure they meet your requirements. 

Position Briefing

  • We take a detailed brief of your needs including role & personal requirements. 

  • We also take time to lay out a search timeline to set expectations.

Research Phase 1

  • An extensive search into the market to uncover every profile in the industry, not just those active or most visible. 

  • This starts by agreeing a target company list of direct or indirect competitors. 

  • A long list is created by using our extensive search methods including direct research, networking, online and social platforms. 

Interview Phase

  • We support you and the candidates throughout the interview process including preparation & debriefing, offer negotiation and counter offer counselling. 

Shortlist Presentation

  • You will be presented with a shortlist of between 4-6 candidates after 20 working days.

  • As well as candidate CV's, you will receive a detailed presentation of each profile. 

  • We then schedule a client debrief to talk through the market findings and the presented candidate profiles. 

Completion

  • Confirm start date for candidate.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of candidate.
